Designing
spaces that
define you.
Geei Designs Limited brings visionary architecture, refined interiors, expert construction, and strategic property development to Nigeria and beyond.
Building Nigeria's future, one landmark at a time.
Geei Designs Limited was founded on the conviction that great design transforms lives. From architectural conception to the final nail, we bring clarity, craftsmanship, and creative intelligence to every project.
Today, our portfolio spans bespoke residential homes, commercial landmarks, curated interiors, and forward-thinking property development across Nigeria.
Our Services
Four integrated disciplines. One unified vision. We walk with you from the first sketch to the final key handover.
Architecture
From concept to construction drawings, we design buildings that are structurally sound, aesthetically powerful, and culturally rooted. Residential, commercial, and mixed-use.
Interior Design
We craft interiors that tell your story — through bespoke furniture selection, material curation, lighting design, and spatial planning that balances beauty with function.
Build & Construction
Our construction arm delivers projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. We manage the full build process — from ground-breaking to handover.
Property Development
We identify, develop, and deliver high-value real estate assets across Nigeria. From land acquisition and feasibility to sales and estate management.
Our Projects
Every project is a collaboration — a meeting of your ambition and our expertise. Here are a few that define what we stand for.

More than design.
A legacy.
Geei Designs Limited was born from a singular ambition: to raise the standard of built environments in Nigeria. What began as an architectural practice has grown into a fully integrated design and development company.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, project managers, and property development specialists — working in concert to deliver extraordinary results.
Design Excellence
We hold design to the highest standard. Every line, every material, every space is considered with precision and purpose.
Client Partnership
We don't just build for clients — we build with them. Your vision drives every decision we make from brief to handover.
Nigerian Context
We design with deep respect for the Nigerian environment, climate, culture, and community — creating spaces that belong here.
Delivery Integrity
Timelines and budgets are not negotiable. We pride ourselves on disciplined project management and honest communication.
